 The Success Training Employment Program (STEP) is a workforce development program dedicated to enhancing job-readiness skills. The first 120 hours are made up of in-class discussion-based learning in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment Training, Workplace Skills and Job Acquisition. Following graduation students work with our Workforce Development Manager and Success Coach to help them get hired and stay employed. *Class will not be held November 25 and November 26 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
