The Success Training Employment Program (STEP) is a workforce development program dedicated to enhancing job-readiness skills. The first 120 hours are made up of in-class discussion-based learning in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Empowerment Training, Workplace Skills and Job Acquisition. Following the completion of Phase I, students work with our Workforce Development Manager and Success Coach to help them get hired and stay employed. Once employed the participant will work with a Success Coach to enhance job retention and career development for up to three years or until they reach self-sufficiency.
Our next session starts February 20, 2023 at 9AM on the Orlando UP Campus.
Can’t make it in person? We are also offering an option to join us virtually! For more information on how to apply, please fill out the interest application below.
