Product partnerships with major retailers and manufacturers make our hunger relief programs viable and stretch their impact to help us provide crisis intervention and long-term solutions through our educational, job training, and job placement programs for people living in the level of poverty. STEP Employment Partner

Become a STEP Employment Partner

Students in our Success Training Employment Program learn the professional skills needed to become skilled, dependable and hardworking employees. Following 120 hours of in-class instruction, students spend six weeks interning with our Employment Partners where they receive additional job coaching and mentoring to help build confidence in the workplace. We are currently seeking Employment Partners in the Central Florida area who are willing to host a STEP student interns.
