Lifting Lives Up One at a Time

“As a volunteer, I have experienced firsthand the impact we have on members of our community. The sense of gratitude that comes from giving back to my hometown can’t be put into words.” – Eric T.

It is the only through generous investment of time and talent that we are able to lift the lives of struggling families in our community. Volunteers ensure the smooth daily operations of our campus, so that our financial resources can be utilized in the most effective way possible. In 2015 a remarkable 69,623 hours of service, valued at $1.53 Million*, were recorded by our volunteers. We simply could not operate without you! *According to Independent Sector’s 2015 Florida Value of Volunteer Time Report

Individual Volunteers

With an average of 490 shifts available each week, individual volunteers assist with everything from bagging groceries, to staffing our Welcome Desk and working in our warehouse. *Children must be ten years of age or older in order to participate in our regular volunteer opportunities. Youth under 16 years of age must have a parent or adult guardian present at all times while volunteering. Children of all ages are invited to participate in our monthly Family Volunteer Nights!
