How to Become a Member

The Member Share Grocery Program helps individuals and families access affordable groceries and supportive resources.

To apply for membership, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download the Application

Download and complete the Member Share Grocery Program application prior to your visit. If you are unable to download or complete the application in advance, applications are also available and can be completed in person at the UP Center.

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

When you visit the UP Center, please bring the following items to avoid delays in processing your application:

  • Photo ID *If registering as a student or teacher a school ID is required
  • Your completed application

Step 3: Visit the UP Center

Bring your completed application and documents to the Membership Desk inside the Member Share Grocery Program at the UP Orlando Center. A team member will review your application and assist you with the membership process.
